The Grand Ole Opry celebration is heating up!
Just one day ahead of the Opry 100: A Live Celebration, which is set to air Wednesday, March 19, PEOPLE can share a first look at the event, which will celebrate the iconic venue and its impact on country music over the past century.
Hosted by Blake Shelton, this star-studded, once-in-a-lifetime live special will showcase unforgettable performances from legendary artists and heartwarming tributes that honor the Opry’s rich history.

In the clip, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, Brad Paisley, Barbara Mandrell, Luke Combs and Bill Anderson share the significance of the event.
“You just walk into the Opry House and you feel the history and the richness of the stories and the people that have made country music what it is,” the “Penthouse” singer, 31, says in the video.
The “Beautiful Crazy” performer, 35, also shares why the venue is so important to him.
“Getting to be here and standing on the stage that everyone has dreamed of standing 1 million times, and getting to stay you’re a part of that, is a badge of honor,” says Combs in the clip.
The three-hour live celebration will feature performances from Shelton, Urban, Ballerini, Paisley and Combs, as well as Alan Jackson, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Carrie Underwood, Clint Black, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Jamey Johnson, Lady A, Lainey Wilson, Marty Stuart, Reba McEntire, Ricky Skaggs, Steven Curtis Chapman, Terri Clark, Trace Adkins, Travis Tritt, Trisha Yearwood and Vince Gill, with special appearances from Mandrell, Randy Travis and more.
Aloe Blacc with the McCrary Sisters, Amy Grant, Eric Church, Jelly Roll, Post Malone, The War and Treaty and Yolanda Adams are also set to appear.
McEntire, 69, is set to deliver a tribute to two of country’s most beloved icons, Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn, while Malone, 29, and Tritt, 62, will perform the latter’s classic hit, “T.R.O.U.B.L.E.”
During the ceremony, Brooks, 63, and Yearwood, 60, will honor George Jones and Tammy Wynette with a tribute.
Urban will perform “Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue” with Crystal Gayle watching, Ballerini will cover Mandrell’s signature song, “I Was Country When Country Wasn’t Cool.”
Jelly, 40, and McBryde, 41, will team up for a tribute to Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash.
Aloe Blacc along with The McCrary Sisters will honor Charley Pride with his signature song, “Kiss An Angel Good Mornin.”
The broadcast will feature performances from the Grand Ole Opry House and Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, the Mother Church of Country Music and the Opry’s most famous former home.
Opry 100: A Live Celebration set to air live on Wednesday, March 19 at 8 P.M. ET on NBC and Peacock.
