Princess Kate broke out a pair of rarely-seen earrings as she and Prince William each had solo engagements on the same day

Kate Middleton appeared to wear a sweet tribute to Prince William while they were on separate royal engagements.
On March 5, the Prince and Princess of Wales both embarked on solo royal duties, with Prince William, 44, visiting Cornwall on the county's national day and Princess Kate, 44, heading to Leicester to celebrate the British Indian community after Holi.
Though their schedules took them to separate places, the Princess of Wales rocked a romantic nod to her husband by sporting a pair of earrings that he reportedly gave her.
Princess Kate wore her gold Sézane chandelier earrings, breaking out the jewelry said to be a gift from William.

The Princess of Wales debuted the $130 statement earrings during the royal family's traditional Christmas church outing at Sandringham in December 2022, wearing the earrings that William reportedly gave her that morning, according to Tatler.
She broke out the Sézane statement earrings again when she and her husband visited Birmingham in April 2023, but the pair has otherwise been a lesser-worn accessory in her royal rotation.

The Prince of Wales, 43, has given his wife several meaningful pieces of jewelry through the years and proposed to her in 2010 with the iconic sapphire and diamond engagement ring that previously belonged to his late mother, Princess Diana.
Princess Kate's engagement ring remains her most famous jewel today, and she recently stepped out with a new necklace thought to be a birthday gift from William.

The Princess of Wales turned 44 on Jan. 9 and sparked speculation about the potential present during a joint outing with her husband a few weeks later. Princess Kate wore a never-before-seen gold heart necklace when she and William met with the new Archbishop of Canterbury at Lambeth Palace on Feb. 5, and the item is a lookalike of the Gold Keeper's Heart Trace Chain Necklace by Daniella Draper.
Kate has several necklaces from the British brand in her collection, some personalized with the initials of their children: Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7.
