Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have settled their divorce following a custody battle, four months after going public with their split after 11 years of marriage, PEOPLE can confirm.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 49, and Tucker, 52, reached a settlement on Wednesday, March 11, according to documents filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Ga. reviewed by PEOPLE. Judge Alice Benton ordered the former couple to provide a "final judgment, parenting plan, child support addendum, child support worksheet, etc." for the court's review by Friday, March 20.
Burruss went public with the divorce proceedings on Nov. 21, 2025. "After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect," Burruss told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement in November 2025.
"I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth," Burruss continued at the time. "I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family."
Burruss and Tucker, a producer, met while filming the fourth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2011 and announced their engagement in January 2013. They tied the knot in April 2014. Since then, they welcomed two children: son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 6. Both also have children from previous relationships: Burruss' daughter Riley, 23, and Tucker's daughter Kaela, 29.
During an appearance on the Feb. 22 episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Burrus about her decision to split from Tucker.
“It happened in July,” Burruss revealed. “In July was when I was like, ‘Oh, yeah. No, I can't do this no more.’ ”
“Was there a specific moment or thing that happened?” Cohen, 57, pressed.
“Yeah, it was a specific situation that happened,” the songwriter shared as she quipped: “I'm not talking about it on Watch What Happens.”

She went on to open up about the current status of her relationship with Tucker, noting that, while “sometimes our conversations can get a little intense” amid discussing divorce matters, the two are generally amicable.
“For the most part, even if we argue, we still try to be nice to each other,” she explained. “We're co-parenting. Last night, we went to my son's basketball game. So, we were there sitting right next to each other. I'm sure people was like, ‘Uh…’ "

"But I feel like once we're done with this, I really feel that we will be able to be great co-parents," she continued, "because our ultimate goal is to make sure that all of our kids are happy and that they don't feel the brunt of our drama.”
