Jessi Draper is detailing the “nightmare” of her latest plastic surgery procedures.
During an appearance on the CHEERS! with Avery Woods podcast on Monday, Sept 21, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, 34, shared her regrets over her most recent procedures as she also discussed the “pressure” she feels being in the public eye.
“You can’t win,” Draper said about being transparent about her surgery. “People are like, ‘You obviously got something done. Be honest and be authentic,’ and then you do that, and they rip you apart for doing that. It’s a double-edged sword, and I hate when celebrities get work done, and they’re like, ‘I’m just drinking a lot of water.’ ”

“I feel like it’s better to be authentic, but I also don’t ever want anyone to think I’m pushing plastic surgery … If anything, I tell people, ‘Be really cautious,’ ” she continued.
Draper went on to say that she thinks she has done “too much” when it comes to her procedures and regrets her latest ones. “I wish I wouldn’t have done my last one. I really do wish people would let us just live our lives and be like, ‘Great. I’m glad you shared, but I don’t need to take it on personally,’ ” she said.
Fat grafting in particular is something the mom of two regrets. According to the Mayo Clinic, fat grafting, also called fat injection, “is a procedure that surgically transfers a patient’s adipose, or fat, tissue from one area of the body to another to try to restore natural curves and fullness.”
“I didn’t even want it; I think that’s what triggers me so much about my plastic surgery,” she said. “I went to get an upper and lower bleph, and he [my doctor] was like, ‘I think you need some fat grafting to fill in the eyes.’ So I was like, ‘Okay, do what you think I need to be balanced.’ That’s all said, which I shouldn’t have given free rein that way.”
She said her doctor ended up taking fat from her legs and putting it in her eyes, lips and jaw.

The reality TV star said the result left her looking “so swollen and puffy” on season 5 of SLOMW, “especially in my lips, because he put it in there and I did not ask for that and we did not talk about it, so I was very upset.”
Adding that she felt “swollen” and “puffy” for “months,” she explained, “I had to get Kybella to try and dissolve the fat. It’s been a nightmare for the last nine months trying to fix what happened. It was my biggest regret, so don’t get fat grafting.” Per the Mayo Clinic, Kybella injections are used to treat excess fat under the chin.
“Even my upper and lower bleph I didn’t need,” she continued. “I think I just got into my head, like I need to look a certain way. There’s so much pressure on us when we’re in the public eye, but I regret it, for sure.”
The hairstylist, who owns Utah salon JZ Styles, said being on reality TV and having fans commenting on her appearance has made her “body dysmorphia worse.”
“It’s a weird feeling not to recognize yourself,” she continued. “I hated that, watching [season] five back and I was like, ‘Oh my God, I hope no one thinks I wanted to look like that way … I already saw one video someone tagged me in comparing me to a Saw character.”
The TV star also declared that she’s done with surgery after getting a second boob job so her breasts fit her petite frame better.

Draper was open about her cosmetic surgery on season 5 of SLOMW, and during an appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast in March, revealing that the demise of her two marriages — to Zach Gish and former SLOMW costar Jordan Ngatikaura — prompted her to surgically alter her appearance as a “coping mechanism.”
“I had two husbands who treated me so badly that [my appearance] was the only thing that I could control,” she said. “That may sound weird, but it’s like, I can’t do anything else right, so, like, I can control my appearance.”
