On Sunday, April 5, the Friends alum, 57, shared a series of photos on Instagram — including one of herself cozying up to her boyfriend, 50, with her arms wrapped around him and another of the hypnotherapist lounging on a couch with a dog on his lap.
“Sunday dump day!” Aniston wrote in the caption. In addition to a glimpse into the quality time she’s been spending with Curtis, the actress shared a few snapshots featuring friends, dogs and former costars— including Courteney Cox, Jason Bateman and Sean Hayes.
Aniston and Curtis first sparked romance rumors in July 2025 when they were spotted on a yacht together in Mallorca, Spain, alongside celeb pals including Bateman, 57, his wife Amanda Anka and Amy Schumer.

After the pair went Instagram official in November — with Aniston posting a photo of herself with her arms wrapped around Curtis for his birthday — the health and wellness expert revealed on the Today show in January that their love story began when they were “introduced by friends.”
“We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat,” Curtis recalled. “It took a long time. We chatted for a long time, and we became close.”
As their relationship continued to blossom, a source explained to PEOPLE why Aniston and Curtis are a perfect match.
“Jim's very laid-back, but also focused and driven," the insider said in January. "He just does things in a very calm way. He brings good energy, and this is something Jen loves. Jen can be very Type A and takes on a lot. He's very steady and grounded. He's not a stressed-out, high-intensity guy, and that balance works well for her. There's no drama, no emotional games, or whiplash. In many ways, it's the most mature relationship she's ever been in."

“She feels so grateful to share her life with him,” the source added. “She's enjoying every moment. And at this stage, that's enough for her. She's happy with where things are.”
The following month, Curtis shared further insight into their connection and revealed how he and Aniston “repair” any "flare-ups" in their relationship.
“I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend,” he said on a Feb. 12 episode of the Ced with Intention podcast. “We spend a lot of time in the house together. Sometimes, we can have little things flare up.”
“We have the opportunity to be silent, angry, [we] could leave the house, think about it and meditate on how to change it,” he continued. “Or we can say, ‘Hey, this is what happened, I’m sorry,’ and do the repair.”
