Jay Cutler stepped out with his girlfriend Samantha Robertson for the first time since his DUI arrest two weeks ago.
On Thursday, Nov. 7, the couple stepped out for the premiere of Yellowstone‘s upcoming season in New York City at the Museum of Modern Art. Posing on the red carpet, the Chicago Bears alum, 41, wore a gray blazer and black undershirt with a gold chain while his girlfriend, 33, wore a long-sleeved sleek black dress.
The pair were photographed alongside Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel and her boyfriend, Tom Villante. Cutler also shared a photo of himself and Robertson to Instagram at the event, thanking Paramount for inviting him and teasing what’s to come in Yellowstone‘s highly-anticipated season 5B.
“Thanks to @paramountnetwork @101studiosco @yellowstone for having me out to the Yellowstone premiere for season 5,” Cutler captioned his post. “Going to be one hell of a ride!”
The former quarterback’s red carpet appearance comes nearly three weeks after he was arrested in Franklin, Tenn., on charges including a DUI and illegal possession of a gun.
Cutler was arrested and later released on bond on the night of Thursday, Oct. 17, a spokesperson with the Franklin Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE at the time.
The former NFL star faces charges of DUI (first offense), possession of a handgun while under the influence, implied consent and failure to exercise due care to avoid a collision, Franklin police said.
Police said evidence at the scene suggested that Cutler “rear-ended another vehicle” and officers speaking with the former NFL star at the scene “noticed a strong odor of alcohol” on him.
“Cutler was also slurring his words and had blood shot eyes,” police added. “Cutler refused field sobriety tests and was taken to a local hospital where a blood sample was obtained through a blood search warrant.”
Franklin police officers allegedly found “two firearms in his vehicle, including a loaded pistol,” police added. He was released on a $5,000 bond that night.
Charging documents obtained by PEOPLE later that week alleged that he also attempted to flee the scene before offering to pay the driver of the vehicle $2,000 if he didn’t call the police. Police responding to the scene also noticed he had “bloodshot eyes” and smelled of alcohol.
The arresting officer wrote in an affidavit obtained by PEOPLE that police then searched Cutler’s vehicle and discovered a rifle, as well as a loaded handgun, according to the Williamson County, Tenn. document.

Cutler was previously married to reality TV star Kristin Cavallari, and the pair have three children together: sons Camden, 11, Jaxon, 9, and daughter Saylor, 8.
The Hills alum spoke out about her ex’s arrest on Oct. 22, telling her Let’s Be Honest podcast listeners.
“Really quickly, just before we get into the episode, I wanted to hop on here and just let you guys know that this episode was recorded right before a very public incident happened last week with my ex-husband,” Cavallari, 37, said at the time.
She clarified that she “will not be commenting on what happened,” but added, “I do, of course, wish Jay nothing but the best and I do hope that he gets the help that he needs. But that’s the only thing I will be saying about it publicly.”
