Justin Bieber has his “priorities” in order.
A Bieber source tells PEOPLE exclusively that the 31-year-old pop star is “doing well” and isn’t feeling any “pressure.”
“Justin has a few priorities that he focuses on every day — Hailey, baby Jack and new music,” the insider says of his wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber and their 6-month-old son Jack Blues. “This is his life now and he loves it.”
They add: “He’s working at his own pace and spending as much time with his family as he can.”

On Monday, March 3, the Bieber source also revealed details about Justin’s 31st birthday, which included a “fun, relaxing getaway” with friends at Gozzer Ranch in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, along with the Rhode founder, 28, and their son.
The insider noted that the couple are doing “great” despite being constantly hounded by divorce speculation.
“No matter what the rumors are, they are fine,” the source said. “Their marriage is fine. They’re very happy together.”
Justin shared a rare look at his life as a new dad on Saturday, March 1, as he posted an adorable snap of himself, Hailey and Jack.
The image, part of a celebratory Instagram carousel post filled with birthday snaps, featured Justin lifting up his son as he and Hailey stared sweetly at Jack.
In the photo, their son could be seen wearing a cute green onesie and a beanie as well as tiny white socks.
Justin gave fans an inside look at his latest birthday celebration in the post, as he smiled alongside several of his friends and cozied up with Hailey on the floor of a home.
The model also shared a sweet 31st birthday tribute to her Instagram Stories in celebration of her husband’s big day.

In the photo, Hailey appeared in grey sweats and a knit hat as she hugged Justin from behind, while he seemingly recorded some music and sang into a microphone.
Behind Justin’s buzzcut, their room featured “happy birthday” balloons, signifying the “Never Say Never” singer’s latest trip around the sun.
“31❤️🔥,” Hailey wrote over the image.
