The oldest of Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow’s four children have officially crossed over to adulthood!
“What an incredible weekend celebrating the twins 21st birthday!!!!” the Real Housewives of Orange County star, 55, began as the caption to a Tuesday, Nov. 26, Instagram carousel celebrating her daughter Max Dubrow, 21, and son Nick Dubrow, also 21.
According to the reality star, the family spent “3 days of celebrations with family and friends in NYC,” including stops at popular restaurant hot spot Carbone, and partying at Maison Close in Soho.
Though the cover photo, and many that followed, showed the twins and their parents toasting with bottles and glasses of Dom Pérignon, Heather promised “More pics later” as well as “details on the podcast this week!”
“What amazing memories for all of us ! We love you Nicky and Max ! ❤️” she concluded.
Speaking to PEOPLE on Nov. 15 at the 6th Annual Vanderpump Dogs Gala at the Maybourne Beverly Hills, the proud parents dished on their twins then-upcoming birthday.
“The twins are turning 21 next week. I can’t believe it,” Heather told PEOPLE exclusively.
“I’m so grateful for my family,” the reality TV star continued. “Obviously, [Terry] is the love of my life. I have four healthy, great kids. And our family, knock on wood, everyone seems to be in a good spot right now.”
In addition to Max and Nick, Heather and Terry are parents to Kat Dubrow, 18, and Ace Dubrow, 13.
While at the event, Heather and the Botched star, 66, also shared their advice for other parents of LGBTQ+ children.
“I have four healthy, great kids and our family — knock on wood — everyone seems to be in a good spot right now,” she said.
Three of their children identify as LGBTQ+. For the couple, who have been married since 1999, being on Bravo has given them the opportunity to show others how their family operates and supports one another.
“I am actually grateful for the platform that Heather has with Housewives,” Terry told PEOPLE, adding, “It allows us to support the LGBTQ community.”
In June 2020, Max came out as bisexual. The next year, Kat came out as a lesbian. In March 2023, the mother of four said her youngest child had come out as transgender.

“I think the most important thing is to stay in our community and keep talking to each other and reaching out to friends and making sure people are good,” Heather said of raising a family in “challenging times” following the 2024 election results.
“And showing what a normal family looks like, especially during the holidays,” Terry said.
