Harry Jowsey is enhancing his manhood.
The Too Hot to Handle alum, 28, revealed on the Tuesday, March 3, installment of his Boyfriend Material podcast how he takes extra care of his body— via Botox — and the surprising benefits he experiences.
"I actually did get Botox [in my penis]," Jowsey told his guest, Lisa Vanderpump. "One of my friends did it. He got stem cells and Botox and calcium."
"They said it relaxes the muscle. It's very smooth now, which is good," Jowsey added with a laugh.
Vanderpump expressed her disbelief and even asked Jowsey, "How can you prove it?" before swiftly regretting the question.
"You can do it in your balls, yeah. Smoothes out the wrinkles," Jowsey added, noting that he had not opted for that specific injection: "My balls are doing their thing."

Penis Botox isn't all that uncommon these days and is chosen for a range of reasons. Tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson revealed in March 2025 that he had incorporated Botox (as well as shockwave therapy and medications) into his project dedicated to "Rejuvenating Johnson's Johnson."
Johnson shared his journey towards his penis's health and erectile wellness in a comprehensive X post at the time. Following the use of the drug Cialis (Tadalafil), which can address erectile dysfunction and treat an enlarged prostate, Johnson realized his "sexual function was normal," but not enhanced, so he furthered his research.
In the months that followed, Johnson introduced shockwave therapy and Botox, both of which he reported caused longer erection times. In fact, he claimed the addition of these therapies decreased his "nighttime erection biological age to around 20."

Johnson said it's especially crucial to be candid about matters like erectile dysfunction and penis health, primarily because it's not often talked about in most spaces.
Meanwhile, this isn't the first time Jowsey has opened up about taking care of his physique. In 2024, he announced that not staying consistent with using SPF "caught up with me" when he was diagnosed with skin cancer. He reassured fans he'd be fine, and urged them to "wear sunscreen" and "Please go get your skin checked."
