Hailey and Justin Bieber’s Son Jack Blues Celebrates 2nd Birthday with Candle-Topped Pancakes

Jack Blues Bieber is 2 years old!

The son of Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber turned 2 on Saturday, Aug. 22, and the little one celebrated with a sweet treat, as seen in an Instagram Stories post from his beauty mogul mother.

On Saturday, the Rhode founder, 29, marked her son’s birthday with a photo of some mouse-shaped pancakes decorated with heaping piles of whipped cream and candles. Hailey’s photo featured two of the breakfast staples, each sporting two lit pink candles.

The proud mom soundtracked the post with Justin’s song “Everything Hallelujah” — which Justin, 32, has previously used to shout the toddler out onstage — and added text that simply read “2” with a heart emoji.

Previously, for his 1st birthday, Hailey shared two photos of herself holding her little one on Instagram and wrote, “1 year of you my beautiful boy. Happy 1st Birthday Jack Blues, you are joy personified🩵.”

Justin and Hailey — who got married in a civil ceremony in New York City in 2018, and later celebrated with a larger ceremony in 2019 — later renewed their wedding vows and announced they were expecting their first baby together in May 2024. They welcomed Jack Blues that August.

In the two years since, the couple has posted pictures of their son on social media several times since his birth, while keeping his face out of view. They also maintained Jack’s privacy when he made his music video debut for his dad’s track “Yukon.”

The singer and Rhode founder have also opened up about raising the little one publicly, including the latter sharing some insight into their life as parents during interviews.

In April, Hailey revealed in an Interview Magazine cover story that she worries “every day” about what kind of world her now 2-year-old is growing up in. 

“That’s probably the most anxiety I have as a parent,” she told the magazine at the time. “The world he’s growing up in is very, very scary and it feels so bleak, thinking about the future, with how things are going. But I just have to close my eyes and have faith.”

“As long as he’s growing up in an environment at home that’s really loving and beautiful, that’s all that I can hope for,” the mom said of her toddler.

In the same cover story, Hailey also revealed that she “definitely” wants to expand the couple’s family, but is taking it “one at a time.”

Of how many children she wants, she told Interview, “Some days I want two. Some days I want five.” She also added that she “always wanted to be married and have kids and a family from a super young age.”
