Gracie Hunt is engaged!
Gracie, 27, who is the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, announced her engagement to Derek Green, who is the son of former Super Bowl champion quarterback Trent Green, in a joint Instagram post on Saturday, April 4.
“It was always you 💍❤️♾️," they captioned a collection of photos.
Among the snaps was Derek, 26, down on one knee as he proposed to Gracie at an outdoors altar that had been decorated with white flowers.
Gracie was seen wearing a white floor-length dress, while Derek donned a light gray suit. They were pictured holding hands while standing at the same altar in another photo.

The couple was also snapped kissing on a deck leading towards the platform, surrounded by white lit candles.
A close-up photo showed Gracie’s emerald-cut engagement ring, encrusted with white diamonds along the band and one emerald green stone.
The couple was joined by their loved ones for the heartwarming moment, including Gracie’s dad, Clark, 61, and mom, Tavia, 54, as well as Derek’s parents, Trent, 55, and Julie Green. The group was pictured filming the proposal on their phones and clapping in celebration.
Gracie didn't reveal Derek's identity when she teased their relationship in a now-deleted Instagram video of them at Arrowhead Stadium in April 2025. She went on to hard launch their romance a month later on Instagram.
In an Instagram post shared in July 2025, she stated that the pair had been “friends since 2017.”

Gracie’s family shared their excited reactions to the couple’s engagement on social media.
“We’re getting another SON!! 😭💍🎊🥰,” Tavia, 54, wrote of her future son-in-law on Instagram Stories, adding, “Gracie Green has a nice ring to it!! 💍💚🎊.”
The proud mom reposted the couple’s engagement photos on her Instagram, writing: “Forever looks so beautiful on these two💍✨… God brought these two together in such a special way, and our hearts are overflowing with joy … We are so grateful for His hand in their lives and so excited for all that lies ahead 🙏🏼.”
Gracie responded with “❤️❤️❤️” in the comment section.

Gracie’s sister, Ava Hunt, wrote on her Instagram Stories, “My sister is ENGAGED!! 💍🤍” Meanwhile, her brother, Knobel Hunt, reacted on his Instagram Stories with, “🙌🙏❤️.”
Gracie’s soon-to-be sister-in-law, Janelle Green, wrote on her Instagram Stories, “Words can I express how happy I am for you guys! @d12green, thankful for you giving me another sister!!! I'm so excited to see how God blesses this chapter of your lives! I love you both so much.”
“Love you J! I can’t wait to be your sister,” Gracie replied.
