Fitness influencer Sarah Green is remembering her daughter following her death at age 23.
On Feb. 23, the content creator — who shares workout tips and recipes for over 90,000 followers on Instagram — shared that her daughter, Honor Forrest, had died.
“My beautiful daughter, Honor. Forever my baby,” penned Green. “Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of pain. As her family and her closest friends, we are holding each other close and leaning on our faith to navigate each day.”
On Sunday, March 8, Green shared another tribute to her late daughter on Instagram, posting a collection of photos of the two of them with the caption “My baby girl… If only love could have saved you ♥️.”

Though she did not share any details about the cause or circumstances surrounding Honor’s death, Green included the hashtags #saynotodrugs, #addiction, #ketamine and #mentalhealth on the post.
Green previously marked her daughter’s 23rd birthday in July 2025, sharing a sweet collection of snaps from throughout Honor's life, writing that she was “forever” her “biggest fan.”
“My first born, first baby, first love ♥️23 Today 🥹✨🎈🎉,” Green wrote, tagging her daughter. “More beautiful, clever, funny and loving than you know. I’m so proud of you.”
