Six people were injured after an explosive device was tossed into a beauty salon in France.
The incident occurred in the downtown area of the southeastern city of Grenoble on Friday, Feb. 6, at about 2:45 p.m. local time, according to local news outlet France 3.
Six people were injured, including a 5-year-old child, according to the National Police, per both the AFP and France 3.
The Isère Prefecture, the local government office, stated that none of the people injured required hospitalization and they were treated on site, per France 3.
No one has been arrested in relation to the incident at this time, according to the outlet
The National Police and Isère Prefecture did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on Saturday, Feb. 7.

"I heard a huge explosion and three young girls screaming, they were accompanied by a child," said a local business owner while speaking to France 3.
"I quickly got outside; it looked like a huge car accident,” she continued. “Now, I can't even see the street because there are so many fire trucks and people. It's not very reassuring. There are so many people, and it's complete chaos.”

A video of the incident was uploaded to social media several hours after the attack. The footage, which was seemingly shared by the perpetrators, shows a masked individual attempting to force their way into the salon. The person then appears to throw something on the floor of the shop and flee along with the person filming.
Étienne Manteaux, the public prosecutor of Grenoble, said that the explosive device was “small,” and that he believes it was intended to scare and intimidate as opposed to cause serious harm, according to France 3.
