Dr. Sandra Lee is back for another season of Dr. Pimple Popper: Breaking Out and it’s bigger than ever.
The dermatologist, who rose to fame by sharing videos as she popped large cysts and treated other skin disorders, returns for season 2 of the Lifetime series that documents life in her California clinic as she delivers life-changing transformations and mentors the next generation of dermatologists.
In PEOPLE's exclusive look at the trailer, Lee, 55, is feeling optimistic as she takes on never-before-seen cases with her eager staff members.

“I’ve got some new amazing dermatologists and the pops are better than ever,” she said. “Confidence is so important. I’m a very go get ‘em kind of person and patients have really life-threatening conditions that they have to deal with.”
One patient is seen with a growth on top of his head while another has a large lump on her back.
“That was in me?!” a woman says, gasping at a medical tray holding a large mass that was removed.

However, the season teases an unexpected challenge for Lee as one of her patients faces a medical emergency, causing her to stop everything. “I’m all shaky,” she says in the clip while pacing around her clinic while someone asks if the patient is okay.
“Call 911. Quick,” someone urges before the trailer shows an ambulance arriving.

“We don’t know how she is… but it’s pretty bad,” someone later informs the staff.
The clip ends with a shot of Lee crying in a confessional.
