Christina Hall may be selling her Tennessee farmhouse amid her divorce from Josh Hall, but the process is anything but easy.
On Tuesday, Oct. 8, Christina’s real estate agent, Kelly Dougherty, posted an Instagram video showing off the 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom Leiper’s Fork property, which is on the market for $4.5 million.
The HGTV star shared her thoughts on selling the 5,000 sq. ft. home by commenting on the post: “Bittersweet… this was an amazing home.”
According to court documents previously obtained by PEOPLE and filed in July, Christina is the home’s sole owner. Its listing on Zillow shows that the property was purchased for $2.5 million in February 2021 before she and Josh began dating.
A temporary legal agreement between the exes filed in September and obtained by PEOPLE show that they agreed that Josh had permission to use the residence as long as it was not being rented out.
After Christina first announced that she was selling the home on Thursday, Oct. 3, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that Josh has lived in the house since their separation. It has also served as the setting for her spinoff Christina in the Country.
While sharing the news about the sale with her followers, Hall said she was “excited for a new venture in business & real estate,” adding an apparent message about Josh in a follow-up post.
“I guess ‘Leiper’s Fork’ is gonna have to come off the bio soon,” it read. “Time to go back to reality … Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed 🤔. All about trying to take everything you can… With your mind on my money and my money on your mind… 💰🎶. Byeeee✌🏻.”

Christina previously told PEOPLE in a May 2021 interview that she purchased the Tennessee farmhouse after visiting a friend with her kids.
“Tennessee is gorgeous and the people out there are so nice. Being out there on all that land reminded me of my favorite childhood memories, which were staying summers on my grandparents’ farm,” she told PEOPLE at the time.
