Christina Haack has a brand-new business endeavor in the works!
On Friday, Jan. 17, the Christina on the Coast star, 41, revealed in a series of Instagram posts that she was in the process of developing her very own champagne line — and, of course, she had to travel to the French region of Champagne to do it.
“When making your own champagne you must go to the source…” she wrote in one Instagram Stories post, alongside a photo of herself smiling with some glasses of the bubbly wine sitting in front of her.
Tagging her location as Reims, France, the HGTV star also shared footage of herself and tons of colleagues setting up a blind tasting, a process used to help pick out some of the best flavors during champagne development.

One clip even showed one of her friends popping a bottle on the building’s back patio, with the sprawling French countryside in the background.
“No fun was had,” she joked alongside the footage.
Another post showed her admiring a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, and the reality TV star joked in the caption: “every champagne must be compared to my OG.”

She also shared a photo of herself posing next to a statue of Dom Perignon, the 17th Century monk who made important contributions to champagne-making, calling him “the legend.”
“Been waiting my whole life for this…” she finished her announcement, sharing a photo of herself sketching out a potential design for the wine’s label. “My champagne line launches fall 2025… more to come!”

Haack’s announcement comes just ahead of the premiere of her brand-new show The Flip Off, which stars herself competing in a house flipping showdown against Christina’s first husband Tarek El Moussa and his current wife Heather Rae El Moussa.
The series was originally set to star Haack’s ex-husband Josh Hall as well, but the pair split in July 2024 while the show was still filming. The exes have been embroiled in a legal battle since then, particularly over a Tennessee house owned by Haack.
Just last week, Haack debuted her new relationship with businessman Christopher Larocca to Instagram — soon after PEOPLE confirmed that the pair were dating.

Haack and Larocca, who is the president and CEO of Network Connex, were spotted together on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at Los Angeles International airport. The reality star looked glamorous in black jeans and a matching tank while her new man opted for a casual white tee and sunglasses.
The couple seemingly embarked on an extended trip to France, as Christina posted a video of the Eiffel Tower followed by the “pretty details” of a cocktail bar on Wednesday night, before she shared the more recent photos of her trip to Champagne.
