Chrissy Teigen’s home is buzzing with activity these days!
On Saturday, Nov. 23, the cookbook author, 38, shared several snaps on Instagram of her family — husband John Legend, daughters Luna and Esti and sons Miles and Wren.
She captioned her post, “Alphabets and counting, big kids being big and becoming funny little humans. It’s a lot but it’s perfect 🤍.”
The pictures and videos feature Esti, 22 months, playing with leaves and counting, and Luna, 8, surrounded by stuffed animals. Seventeen-month-old Wren, meanwhile, played with a toy baseball bat, and Miles, 6, smiled big while attending a football game with Legend, 45.
Luna also struck a pose wearing face paint, while another picture showed Teigen snuggling with Wren. A video captured Esti scooting around on a mini car, saying “beep beep” as she made her way around.
Miles also creatively modeled a handbag in one snap.
Amid her action-packed family life at home, Teigen also has been busy with new work projects. In November, she announced that she is launching her own wellness-themed podcast, called Self-Conscious, which will debut in January.

“Over the course of these conversations, I’ve begun to peel back the layers of challenges hindering my own well-being; I hope listening to the podcast can do the same for listeners,” she said in a statement about her upcoming audio series.
Legend and Teigen have shared a lot over the years about raising their children. The singer exclusively spoke to PEOPLE in September about how he and his wife have become more “relaxed” and confident as parents.
“We are definitely more relaxed in general, so we’re not as stressed,” Legend explained. “Even though you still have to do the work, none of it is as intimidating or worrying as it used to be. You’re not nervous about it. You’re like, ‘I got this.’ ”

The 12-time Grammy winner also called having two children under the age of 2 “nonstop” chaos.
“They’re so cute, and it’s so interesting to see their personalities develop, but it is truly nonstop,” he said. “You’ve got to watch them every second.”
