The couple shares three other children: a daughter, North, and sons Saint and Psalm. Chicago was born via a gestational carrier after Kim suffered from placenta accreta during her first two deliveries with North and Saint, which followed difficult pregnancies.
Kim confirmed Chicago’s birth in a post on her app entitled, “She’s here.” On her third birthday in 2021, Chicago celebrated with slime and LOL dolls, according to Kim, who shared the details in a sweet birthday tribute to her daughter on social media. Kim has said that Chicago is “so sweet” and that she “loves to dress up like a princess every day.”
