The Cécred salon is where hair dreams come true!
If you’re a fan of Beyoncé, you’ve likely been keeping up with all her updates on her haircare brand since it launched in February 2024.
But this time, it was her dance captain Ashley Everett who gave fans a glimpse at the brand’s chic in-office salon in Los Angeles, where she underwent a major hair transformation at the hands of the superstar’s mom, Tina Knowles, a former hairstylist and salon owner and the brand’s current vice chairwoman.
Earlier this week, Everett — who has worked for Beyoncé for almost 20 years as her dance captain — posted a video of her silk press makeover.
“Let me reintroduce myself. Address me as Ms. Ashley Cécred,” Everett said in the video, adding that she had a “beautiful experience” and was “so well taken care of just like family.”

The video showed clips of Everett having her scalp examined before getting her hair washed by Knowles with a variety of Cécred products, including Knowles’ favorite Reconstructing Treatment Mask, which reduces damage while increasing hair shine and strength.
Knowles, 71, also gave Everett a blowout before giving her a trim and straightening her curls.

At the end of the vlog, Everett showed off her final look and behind-the-scenes footage of her and Knowles posing for a photo.
“My gratitude is endless to @mstinaknowles and the entire @cecred team for the warm welcome and the wealth of knowledge you shared during my visit to the Cécred Salon! I left feeling so cared for, confident, and inspired to bring this kind of salon experience into my own home routines,” wrote Everett.

While Everett decided to embark on her own personal projects following her decades-long career with the Grammy winner, she rejoined her for her Halftime performance, dubbed “Beyoncé Bowl,” at the Ravens-Texas game on Dec. 25.
“I couldn’t have imagined a better way to close out this year! Spending Christmas with my second family, @beyonce , felt just like home,” Everett wrote on Instagram of the special concert.
On grooving alongside Blue Ivy Carter, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s 13-year-old daughter, Everett added: “Performing my third halftime show with Beyoncé—this time alongside Blue—was such a full-circle moment. I was there when she was first introduced to the world, and now, to witness her shine on this stage? Proud aunty moment activated!”
Beyoncé announced her latest business move with Cecréd on Feb. 19, sharing that the brand will soon be available to shop at Ulta Beauty on April 6.
