A couple in Australia just got the ultimate cute surprise.
Sharing a video on their Instagram page on Wednesday, Nov. 13, Fran Dias Rufino and her husband and Brunno Rufino revealed how they arrived home from work to find a koala sitting in their bedroom.
“Only in Australia 🇦🇺 haahahahah We came from work now (12:30am) and we just found A KOALA in my bedroom in my bed 🤣🤣🤣,” Fran wrote in her caption alongside footage of the tiny koala sitting on the carpet next to the couple’s double bed.
Looking relaxed, the animal turned to look at the shocked duo, before climbing up a side table.

“Any tips?” added Fran. “I was so nervous that I forgot my English ahahahha @rufinobrunno put him out in the end but I was scared because he was aggressive.”
Multiple viewers took to the comment section to relay some Australia-based comments.
“I prefer a cute koala 🐨 than a spider or something like this,” one person wrote.
“Omg how did u get it to leave and was it aggressive?,” a second person asked, to which Fran replied, “We managed him to the front door, he was aggressive 😢.”
She also added in another response that the koala had tried to bite them.

According to CNN, the husband and wife, who moved from Brazil to Australia, also saw the koala climb on top of their bed.
“I was scared, happy and excited at the same time,” Fran told the outlet. “I was nervous and worried about how we would manage him to go out.”
