Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson’s eviction date from Royal Lodge revealed

A firm eviction date has been set for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson when they will be forced to move out of the Royal Lodge.

Mountbatten-Windsor and Ferguson have been given a move-out date of Jan. 31, a source told People on Tuesday, adding that the former Duchess of York is house-hunting “for a place in Windsor.”

The insider noted that Ferguson, 66, hopes to stay close to the place she’s called home for decades.

Even though the eviction date is looming, it is still unclear what the former prince’s plans are.

Ferguson has lived in the Royal Lodge with her ex-husband since 2008. The two wed in 1986 and divorced in 1996, but continued to live in the home and maintain a close relationship.

Reps for Mountbatten-Windsor and Ferguson have not responded to Page Six’s request for comment.

Her search for a new home comes after King Charles’ unprecedented decision to strip Mountbatten-Windsor of all royal titles and serve him to surrender his lease due to his association with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Ferguson also ceased her Duchess of York title after Mountbatten-Windsor was forced to relinquish his own, but their children, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, will not lose their titles.

In October, sources who know both Mountbatten-Windsor, 66, and Ferguson confirmed to Page Six that Buckingham Palace officials had previously discussed a plan that would involve him moving into Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s former home, Frogmore Cottage.

As for Ferguson, she would move into Prince William and Kate Middleton’s former home, Adelaide Cottage.

However, that plan was scrapped earlier this year, sources revealed, and it has not yet been agreed where they will live.

In 2014, in court filings related to Epstein’s lead associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, Virginia Giuffre claimed she was sex-trafficked by the former prince when she was a minor.

In 2021, she formally accused Andrew of sexual abuse and battery in a civil lawsuit filed in New York.

Andrew denied ever meeting Giuffre and even suggested that the infamous photo of them together had been digitally manufactured, but reached an out-of-court settlement a year later — reportedly in the millions.

Giuffre died by suicide earlier this year.

Andrew being stripped of his titles comes on the heels of the publication of Giuffre’s posthumous memoir “Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice.”

Ferguson has also faced social exile due to her own ties to Epstein, who died by suicide in a Manhattan jail in 2019. Her upcoming children’s book has been withdrawn from publication.

She was also dropped from multiple charities due to leaked emails to Epstein where she sent him a groveling apology calling the convicted sex offender a “supreme friend” after publicly criticizing him.

Page Six exclusively reported that Ferguson’s friends are “more worried about Sarah than Andrew,” describing the former philanthropist as “at the end of her tether.”
