Live from Studio 8H for the first time, it’s A$AP Rocky!
The rapper, 37, made his musical guest debut on Saturday Night Live on Jan. 17, during the Finn Wolfhard-hosted episode.
For his first performance, Rocky rapped “Punk Rocky” from his recently released album, Don’t Be Dumb.
When he returned to the stage, the musician, born Rakim Mayers, performed a medley of “Helicopter” and the album’s title track.
Rocky also appeared in a sketch, in which Wolfhard, 23, joined a group of teen boys — played by Chloe Fineman, Jane Wickline, Veronika Slowikowska and surprise guest Sabrina Carpenter — on their podcast about snacks.

Don’t Be Dumb, Rocky’s long-awaited fourth studio album, was released through A$AP Worldwide and RCA Records on Friday, Jan. 16.
The LP, Rocky’s first in eight years, includes the two previously released singles that were performed on SNL, “Punk Rocky” and “Helicopter.”

Don’t Be Dumb features a number of high-profile collaborators, including Doechii, Gorillaz, Jon Batiste, Will.i.am and Tyler, The Creator, to name a few.
The album’s cover art was crafted by Tim Burton. It showcases “six of Rocky’s signature personas, brought to life in the visionary filmmaker’s unmistakable style,” per a press release.
